RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Gabby's Quilts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  All orders are shipped as soon a payment processing completes, this can sometime take a day or two depending on your payment option. Order usually ship within 1-4 days and go USPS ground advantage to save you as much on postage as possible, any fabric over one pound automatically moves into priority rate and will be compared for the most inexpensive rate available.

We unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds on any cut fabric, patterns because of copy 
right law or sale items because of the nature of the product.

Returns and Exchanges accepted  on any item in its own packaging such as batting, pins, needles, etc.

Cancellations: accepted

If for some reason you change your mind you have a 4-6 hour window to cancel your order and get a refund, if you forget and your order is marked ship, then that means it has been dropped at the post office and is on its way to you, they will no longer sort through the bins to find your package and return to me because of staffing shortages.
